"Okay , so it absolutely really is waterproof I didn't believe it but it is true. It doesn't feather, it doesn't run. I don't end up with all this blurry color around the edges of my lips , it stays crisp and run free. I really like how easily and creamy it goes on. There's no stretching, no pulling.
